How to prepare yourself for a psychology session?

Always remember to check the appointment details. Make sure your address is correct and verify that you scheduled the right treatment.

Choose a quiet environment. You can use a chair, armchair, or sofa, a comfortable space with the adequate temperature.

Comfortable clothes are advisable, prepare a relaxing drink, use the toilet before the session, prepare some tissues if needed, and allow 5 minutes for yourself before the session to inhale and exhale deeply to relax and be focused till the psychologist arrival as the client needs to be welcomed and be heard.

Remember that one session is not enough to solve the problem. The first session is always a diagnosis (anamnesis), the psychologist becomes aware of the problem to be worked on, and schedule a plan with the client for future sessions. Remember that all sessions are paid through the platform.
